Being a Student of Modern Age is a Privilege :- Be Invincible with Internet.

CoViD-19 in the past 2 years have turned the entire world upside down. In this entire situation, two groups were the most badly beaten ones - Employees and Students. Only the God knows how worse the Education became in India in these 2 years. In these times when there was absolutely no way for teachers to keep teaching their students, INTERNET was the man of the match. In this brief period, we saw the gigantic potential of Interent in the sector of Education and Awareness. This is because, at one snap, people with internet would get the latest CoViD-19 updates, vaccination slots etc. and even the education of their kids kept countinued besides this!

Internet was the one good thing we had in our entire battle against CoViD-19. Moreover, it turned out to be the MESSIAH for us, endowned with a whole lot of capabilities and uses. Infact, we saw in Internet :- The Millennial Revolution! that INTERNET is by far the best invention or discovery of humans apart from wheel and fire, being so useful to us in a million different ways.

But, I still think that we're not completely utilising the power of internet. The infinite amount of memory it stores, the infinite knowledge it has on every subject and the infinite people it can connect.. We as a society must make internet a stepping stone in the journey of our society's mass perfection and prosperity.

For an instance, just think how vast Studenthood has become. My father is an employee in the telecom industry, working under Vodafone Idea Company. Being in the position of a manager, he is quite industrious in his work and is in very safe position too. But just in these CoViD-19 times he actually learnt that the word "I.N.T.E.R.N.E.T" is far more wider than freaking E-Mailing, Managing Excels and Serving the Costumer Base!

Earlier too he knew quite a lot about YouTube, Google etc. But that was rather a place for entertainment and timepass for him. This time he saw them as a learning platform. When he saw Google and YouTube as a student, as a seeker he saw infinite possibilities in it. I am proud to say that at such an age, he learnt in YouTube loads and loads about the economy, stock market, banking and finance, investing and so on and so forth!

One thing you need... Passion. Just this. If you have this, you're unstoppable, you're invincible. Being a student has been at its best in this 21st Century.

Imagine that you're a student of 1900s. You freaking cannot find the books what you need. You just read whatever is available to you, you go to school, do good in future if you were fortunate enough to get a nice teacher or else you're done. Just think. When Swami Vivekananda was in his youth, he used to read every single book he came across, whether be it philosophy, sciences, art or anything. If he had questions regarding some particular things, he could not do much with it. He did have a faint idea of distant lands like Britian, America, Czar-ruled Russia, France etc etc but unfortunately knew very little of its culture and people. Still, he managed to learn many historic incidents of those countries through books. He had a greatly fluency in persian and knew many shayaris and poems in urdu! What would be the first words of Swami Vivekananda after seeing such a thing as Internet?

Just think. Sitting from your home you can study the history of Carnatic Music, and at the same time about the greatest engineers and their inventions. See how vast this ocean is. CoViD-19 made us understand how can we make Knowledge and Ideas reach out every nook and corner of this world.

Just think. In the British India, how hard it must have been for those national leaders and freedom fighters to go to every village, every city and every state... Delivering speeches and creating Mass-Awakening.

Well, mind this. No one had thought those days that these English traders were really exploiting us, capturing the whole of India under their own rule and destroying the Indian masses. Think, what if Internet existed in those times!

Lets talk about now, the present. My dear reader, listen. If you hold in your hand a mobile phone and have an internet connection, you are invincible. Devi Saraswati in the form of this mobile phone has come to yourself. In one snap you can research anything and everything. You can literally be the master of anything you like.

To talk of myself in particular, whatever I am, whatever I will be, INTERNET will always be the greatest source of knowledge and awareness for me. From Education to Politics, Subtle Sciences to Spiritual Humanism, Albert Einstein and Nikola Tesla to Swami Vivekananda, all the credits for whatever I've developed in me in the past years, is because of the internet.

Think. Education is flowing like an infinite river in this Modern Age. Sadly, it reveals itself only to those who uses the internet in the right way. You must have a passion, then you'll have a direct, undisturbed access to everything.

You see, now you have no reason to fail. In those times people would fail because of lack of platform or knowledge. Now you have everything. Nothing can stop you to be a midnight sensation. Every now and then we see hidden talents going viral on the internet, which eventually changes their whole lives. Thus, now my friend, you have nothing to blame for your inabilities. Internet is the brahmastra of this age. It is an infinite sky of brightest of resources, highest of platform and also the darkest of pits. Use it wisely my friend. Internet is the key to infinity, if you use it wisely.

Thanks,
Daksh Parekh.
