Nature's Maintenance
Hey, it's me Daksh Parekh! This is my first Blog on this site. As we all know dear readers, during this Lockdown Period,
humans are facing the CoViD-19 virus. Many people are bored at home, cursing the virus for the huge losses in economy! The virus had already infected couple millions of people and killed thousands of them as of now. The whole civilization's hearts are at stake worrying about the situation. But my friends, every coin has two sides and every possibility has a positive and a negative outcome clearly! Ahh..what could be positive HERE?!
People are noticing destruction, Losses, helplessness and agony everywhere but there is one thing that we can notice; from which we can learn an important lesson! From wherever you're sitting my friend, look around. Look the walls inside which you're caged, Look the gadgets and human creations around you. Tell me Frankly, after the isolation experience, don't you feel that just the availability of food, shelter, water and some mere cloths is more than enough for your survival? You don't need TV to live, you don't need your washing machine or fancy cars to live! Look at the immense violations we've created against nature. Look at the "concrete jungles" around you!
Human Evolution has been an ever changing cycle since its inception itself. The fire, the wheel etc. has completely changed the way we look at the world. These inventions were result of thousands of years of evolution. But in the past few decades or a century, we are changing our surroundings drastically! The way we are cutting down forests, scientists predict that in around 100 years, there will be NO rainforests in the world! The Ozone Hole,
Climate Change and Air 'Poisoning' are taking a real toll to human lives! Everything is just hitting back to us, Every violation to nature's pattern is punching back us only!
In 2020, many horrendous things have happened already. The Australian bushfires, Random rain showers in random seasons, Sudden High-Lows in Temperatures, Ocean warming, Icebergs melting and Corals dying! Do you get my point now? Nature is taking a toll on us!
The Virus Outbreak is a Nature's Maintenance. Its enough destruction to our own mother! In the Lockdown, clearly there are no humans to imbalance nature. Nature is " Self-Healing". You will not believe me but the Data shows that:
1. NASA recorded a sustained drop in the levels of noxious nitrogen dioxide.
2. Satellite captured drop in air pollution level in Italy.
3. Holy River Ganga (India) is cleaner and better than past 20-30 decades
4. Canals of Venice are so pure that fishes were clearly visible under water surface.
5. Delhi (Capital of India) has subsequently improved its air quality.
6. Mumbai (Metropolitan city of India) has so clean air these days that civilians of Mumbai can see beautiful stars in the sky.
The list goes on and on..
So..An Idea here!
My solution to this by product of human development is to have a yearly Global Lockdown of just 4 Days! These fours days there will be no more oil mills, industries etc working! It may seem ironic to some people but instead of ruining our OWN permanent home untill something positive happens, we can try this idea. Nature is everything, Nature is everywhere! We humans too are Nature's Creations. So lets just be in a little sync with nature.
Or else..Nature will definitely find a way to maintain itself :)
That's it lovely readers!
Thank You.
