Lockdown -- Boon or Curse??
'The Legendary Lockdown'
Often considerd as a jail.. like a bird caged with no freedom! No social exposure since last 3 to 4 months.. people call it a curse. But my dear crazies, today we will perceive it in a unique way. Now, simple solutions require simple steps of conclusions, thus, can't we conclude that we, the social animals, hate lockdown as we feel BORED. Correct? The reason behind every single mental trigger is boredom! Whether you call it depression, anxiety or whatever, the core reason behind every psychological drama is boredom.
If we think deep about boredom and its causes, our another conclusion rises that boredom is just not liking your own company!
Believe it or not, it is the core reason behind boredom. Look, here we are not going so complex i.e. I don't want to make this too complex by analysing very simple aspects. Boredom is you are not liking your own company, thus you seek entertainment from other things or people ain't it??
You don't have any occupation of productive work or anything thus you feel bored!!
On a lighter note, consider an actor. Before this pandemic, his life was too hectic. Not hectic from inside, but from outside. Daily shoots, fan meets, fame, money, people around and suddenly.. lockdown! Then you find nothing entertaining or time occupying from outside!
If I talk about you, then in lockdown, you could literally do anything crazy!
For example, You can play my own made game--The Realization Game. In this game, you have to NOT use an organ for a single day! Like, tie your any two fingers so that you can realise the importance of your fingers! Spend your whole day without uttering a single word, or without using your thumb or anything!
You can learn to play musical instruments, or can learn to juggle 3 lemons with your hands like a joker!
At the end,
Learn to be your own company,
Because at the end,
You are YOU and else are ELSE.
And about doing crazy things, never bother about what people say. When someone calls you crazy, it just means that you are too unique and too different from them!!
With the hope of a 'crazy' world,
Daksh Parekh
