The Constitution of Humanity - Republic Day Special.

Pranam.

On this day,
We Indians gave ourselves an organized system or a constitution to follow. That day, we adopted a proper and a systematic rulebook according to which we all citizens of India must work. That was a glorious day. But now what? After 71 years, do we seem prosperous - as a whole? Yes, you may get all the comforts and safety but ask those thousands of homeless ones how hungry and unsafe they are. As a whole, not as a nation, but as humans; we need a universal constitution to follow - a constitution of humanity. That is how we will stop the division of nations, communities etc and that is how we will be able to glorify the whole of humanity and not JUST a nation.

Here I present you 'The Constitution of Humanity' based on what I think how we can improve ourselves and also based on my reading. Don't worry, the constition of humanity will not have complex articles and detailed sections as our national constitution. Our Universal Constitution will only contain 3 laws, 3 doctrines, which will include everything and which will be potent enough to have Infinite Harmony everywhere. Let us go through them:-

1. Universal Unity.

To have an unselfish perspective is the best quality of a human. Unselfishness generates respect and love towards other human beings which naturally leads to unity. Think scientifically, every human has same body and same organs with same brain and same senses. The only thing that does not sync is our thoughts. It is okay to have multiple ideas and opinions but to have mutual understanding is necessary. वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम्.

2. Eternal Fire of Learning.

At every stage of life, a human must constantly seek for varied experiences and explore everything to its fullest. See, it is our experiences that makes us lively. No experience means no life. That is death. A living human too can be fundamentally dead if he has stopped learning, exploring and experiencing life. To be always progressive as human beings, we must always seek for fertility of ideas, experiences and life. Always have an Eternal Fire of Learning inside, otherwise, you'll be dead - atleast from within.

3. Work, work, work.

Try to have a broader view of life. Does anything really affect you? It is all created by us. It is like your eyes are closed and you're complaining of darkness. Open your eyes. Nothing really matters. Then what in the universe frightens you? Have no fear. You see something unjust, act on it. Work, not for anything, but for work's sake. Do you really need money? Or you need the VALUE that money gives you? Directly create that VALUE within. Money, Power XYZ are but mere 'expressions' of value. Fill the gap. Serve what's needed. That's it. Think how valuable you are. Nature felt the necessity to create you just because the universe was simply incomplete. The moment you stop working, the moment you stop serving the required value, you slowly start dying. This is because nature doesn't need you now. Thus, work, not even for nature's sake, but for work's sake. Serve what's necessary.

India has been Republic for 71 years but it has been cultural for thousands of years. It is in the hands of young people so that once again they can make this culture so vibrant that it enriches every life on this planet.

Today, Let us adopt this little universal constitution. Let us grow to our fullest.

Happy Republic Day,
Daksh Parekh.
